Amanda S. John - Amanda John

I am a former accountant and current writer, balancing family life (a husband and two young sons) with writing both fiction and non-fiction. I began my writng career with a distance-learning Creative Writing course and have since written for various magazines, published two collections of short fiction, and won a flash fiction award.

I'm a self-confessed foodie and love penning cookery articles. Likewise, I am passionate about writing in all its forms and regularly produce articles and advice on the topic of writing itself! My blog tackles the challenges and rewards of being a writer. You can read it at www.amandasjohn.weebly.com/blog.html.
